Hey guys, I know that most of you aren't used to seeing anyone but Kaz's name here, but I'm taking it upon myself to type this up.

This is something I have been thinking about for a while, and I've decided that this is the best move for the guild at the moment. So, until Kaz is back, the guild is COMPLETELY closed off from inviting NEW members. This is for the sole reason that, what it comes down to is this is Kaz's guild therefore we should not be allowed to invite new members without her being here.

What does this mean for applicants?

Unfortunately for any applicants, we will not be accepting you at the moment because our guild leader has no way of knowing who is joining their guild and what they are like. All applicants are welcome to re-apply when our guild leader comes back.

What does this mean for a guild member?

You won't see any new people joining at least until Kaz is back. That's pretty much all that will change, nothing else will change.

What does this mean to officers?

Same thing as guild members, except that you are not allowed to invite anyone to the guild. Exceptions will be made, but only for previous members (ex. Xandi, Sage because I told Sage he could leave and come back).

I feel this is the right action to take for the guild at this point. Once Kaz is back she can decide the actions to take about recruiting that she sees fit.

A few decisions have been made recently that are considered to be quite major for us. Just to recap:

Our guild is no longer accepting new members without first getting to know them a bit. You can find out more here.

Luxon has basically won the poll "Luxon or Kurzick?" with 9 votes, and after December and helping with the [Wait] Alliance's event, [TEN] will be Luxon once more. However after a certain amount of time and working on the Luxon title next year we will switch back to Kurzick to work on that title together.

The guild is withdrawing from hosting community events for the year of 2010 except for MantleCon in April. The original plan was to host a series of several events for the community next year, but there have been a few issues and I have decided to scratch community events from our agenda. Apologies to anyone this disappoints. However, we thoroughly enjoyed helping with and hosting events for the community for this whole year, it is not a regret and I do hope we were able to provide some enjoyment, fun and entertainment for everyone. :)
